A multipurpose project in Savona-Tortona creative district
In May 2014, Biffi Foundation has commissioned KCity and Studio Latis the development of a study for the area of Via S. Cristoforo to explore the feasibility of the functional purpose better able to respond to questions in surroundings and the urban market territory.
The course of study has allowed us to develop a proposal for the development of the project that involves the construction of about 33 equivalent accommodation of free house (2800 square meters) and about 40 equivalent housing, smaller, subsidized housing for sale as well as a services agreement structure used to house accommodation for semi-self-sufficient elderly.
