The social farm: sport, market and leisure
Balossa Park is an important agricultural area of Northern Milan,
survived between the A4 motorway, the Milan-Meda highway, the Rho-Monza and the Northern Ferrovie, which is the last valuable fragment of a protected nature between the municipalities of Cormano and Novate Milanese. In the center of the area is the Cascina Balossa, the oldest settlement in the area, partly preserved in its original appearance, partly due to different transformations that took place in the last century.
KCity has supported Gaia coop in project structuring, feasibility assessment, exploring possible sources of funding and identifying the most appropriate governance form for civil and fiscal aspects.
