Urbanization process for the privately owned “Ex Italtel”
An important industrial suburb of the Milanese hinterland, which is being marketed as an area of urban transformation by the Settimo Milanese Area Development Plan, is located between the city and the countryside, with valuable artifacts and includes sports facilities currently used by local communities.
The Nabucco RE company, owner of the area, has recently submitted to the municipal administration a preliminary proposal that provides for urban planning. The Municipality of Settimo Milanese has commissioned KCity technical assistance in drafting a co-ordination document as a tool for dealing with the private operator.
