The Parish as a pivotal actor of a territorial system in support of the weakest
The St. Ambrose Parish of Cinisello Balsamo owns a real estate area, located in the historic center. This compendium includes the Casa dei Coadiutori, a building in respect of which the Parish proposed to define re-use hypotheses that could contribute to enhancing the social and economic sustainability of the property and its surrounding territory.
The technical and methodological support offered by KCity has been directed towards the realization of a preliminary strategic study which, through an analysis of the needs of the parish and the characteristics of the real estate compendium being subject to attention, an evaluation of its potential and a reconnaissance of case studies and good reference practices already carried out elsewhere successfully, led to the prefabrication of alternative reuse scenarios for the Coadiutori House.
