For certain spaces that provide services to the public, the Municipality of Milan envisions the potential to evolve towards the ‘Neighbourhood House’ model, already implemented in other cities and based on the collaborative management of spaces.

KCity has been commissioned to support the Administration in exploring the feasibility of this approach with reference to selected Multifunctional Community Centres considered most suitable. This will be carried out through a participatory process involving local Municipalities and the relevant Departments interested in experimenting with integrated and shared management of the facilities.
