KCity has been commissioned to provide strategic consultancy and technical assistance for defining the functional guidelines that will shape the architectural design competition for the construction of the building. KCity is also responsible for defining and organising a sustainable management model integrated with other local services.

KCity is collaborating with Sinloc – responsible for identifying the organisational, economic, and management model for the Community Hub – by leading the stakeholder engagement process, involving local actors, organisations, and stakeholders. KCity is also responsible for developing the functional concept to guide the definition of the management model and the administrative procedures for its activation.

KCity is supporting the local administrations in applying to the ‘Avvio per progetti Comuni’ call promoted by Fondazione Cariplo, by defining the content of the ‘1000 Days’ project. This initiative includes a set of innovative actions and services to be implemented within the new nurseries funded through the PNRR, as well as the structuring of the partnership for its implementation.
