KCity has been commissioned, alongside IRS, to carry out the detailed design of social initiatives aimed at establishing a network of inclusive City Service Hubs. These hubs are to be located in the areas targeted by the strategy and will operate through the involvement of social partners identified via specific open-tender procedures organised by the local authority.
