Welfare System in Valceno

KCity, an advisor to the Foundation since its inception, is working to replicate and expand the model that has already been successfully tested in the Parco dei Melograni pilot project, as a strategic approach to promoting initiatives and programs for territorial regeneration with a social impact, both at the local level in the municipality of Varano and throughout the entire Valceno region.

An Educational Park for Vigevano

KCity collaborates with Parcnouveau—responsible for the detailed design of the park’s spaces—by leading the engagement and participation of school staff who will be responsible for managing the service in the future, gathering inputs and proposals to inform the design of the spaces.

Within the team, KCity is responsible for defining the content of the proposal related to Challenge 9 – Inclusive Actions, Social Benefits and Community Engagement. In particular, it leads the identification of potential social partners and explores project opportunities at the intersection between the promoter’s objectives and expectations and those of the local community.
