New tools and models for regional program in housing policies
Receping the principles introduced by L.R. 16/2016 “New regulation of housing services”, the research conducted by KCity on behalf of Regione Lombardia in 2016 has defined some innovative strategic guidelines for the integration of housing policies and urban regeneration programs.
Because the research, Regione Lombardia today has a set of analytical tools and operational proposals to manage housing policies in an integrated perspective. In particular, a database which sets up the socio-territorial information available for each of the 98 territorial planning areas and the draft of a possible call with which to promote experimentation.
