KCity is supporting the Administration in the process of establishing the Housing Agency by providing technical assistance. This includes a preliminary study to identify possible management models and conduct a cost-benefit analysis, as well as organising the procedural steps for selecting an external entity to be entrusted with the operational launch of the service.

KCity has been commissioned to explore possible alternative scenarios for organisation and investment through targeted analysis of the knowledge base, and to define the service model also in relation to potential pilot projects. These will be subject to a preliminary assessment of implementation feasibility within the context of selected real estate opportunities already identified.

KCity collaborates with Sinloc—responsible for defining the organisational, financial, and management model of the community hub—by leading the stakeholder engagement process, involving local actors, institutions, and relevant stakeholders, and by developing the functional concept to guide the definition of the management model and the administrative procedures required for its activation.

KCity is responsible for designing and leading a participatory process aimed at defining a territorial strategy for a new housing system. This involves activities such as identifying and analysing current dynamics, assessing needs and risks, evaluating available resources and opportunities, and raising awareness and engaging relevant stakeholders and sectors.

KCity supports the Programme Manager in overseeing the governance of the strategy’s implementation, providing technical assistance for the coordination of cross-sector working groups and the integrated advancement of the programme’s various actions, with the aim of ensuring adherence to the timeline and the achievement of its objectives.

KCity supports the Administration in implementing the project through ongoing consultancy for project management, coordination of activities, and monitoring and evaluation. These activities are designed as key opportunities to encourage participation and foster the development of new creative skills within the territory.

KCity supports the Programme Manager in overseeing the governance of the strategy’s implementation process, providing technical assistance for the coordination of intersectoral working groups and for the integrated advancement of the various actions set out in the programme, with the aim of ensuring adherence to the timeline and the achievement of objectives.

KCity has been commissioned to lead a participatory process for drafting the project proposal to be submitted to the Tuscany Region for funding purposes. It is also responsible for setting up the procedure for selecting partners to be involved in the experimentation of temporary uses, within the co-design process carried out in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 117/2017 (Third Sector Code).
