Property and asset management services for social housing
Over the years many projects have been developed with a strong social value that deal with the company, services and housing dimensions, that have gone on to establish over time a territorial system and led the Village to assume a central role for Barona district and the entire city.
The foundation has entrusted KCity to property and asset management services which include, among other things, the renewal of the leases with the transition to the “agreed rent”, the management of crime, relations with suppliers, finding renters for free spaces and fundraising. All the services are provided with particular attention to the particular types of users and to the public purposes of the foundation.
