The Terrazze Bianche (White Terraces) project stems from the Bazzea building company choice to develop a highly innovative housing estate, characterized by high energy efficiency combined with cutting-edge construction methods, aiming for the industrialization of construction processes and products.
KCity’s feasibility study considered the possibility to set up the Terrazze Bianche project as a social housing action, with the goal of achieving 26 Class A+ social housing units, providing significant savings for future users.
